Green belt exam

Kihon

In zenkutsu dachi (weight to the front leg position)

4 steps forward, kizami tsuki - gyaku tsuki oi tsuki (punch face- stomach level) / 4 steps backward age uke (high defence) + uraken + gyaku tsuki

4 steps forward, kizami tsuki - gyaku tsuki oi tsuki  (punch face - stomach level) / 4 steps backward soto uke (mid defence from outside) + elbow in kiba dachi + gyaky tsuki in zenkutsu dachi

4 steps forward, oi tsuki - gyaku tsuki (punch stomach level) / 4 steps backward uchi uke (mid defence from inside) + kizami tsuki + gyaku tsuki

4 steps forward, mae keri (front kick) / 4 steps backward gedan barai (low defence) + uraken + gyaku tsuki

In kokutsu dachi (weight in the back leg position) and zenkutsu dachi

4 steps forward, shuto uchi (open hand attack) + gyaku tsuki in zenkutsu dachi / 4 steps backward shuto uke (open hand defense) + gyaku tsuki in zenkutsu dachi

In zenkutsu dachi (weight to the front leg position)
4 steps forward, mawashi keri + uraken + gyaku tsuki

In kiba dachi (horserider position, 50% weight in each leg)
4 steps yoko keri + uraken


KATA

 Heian shodan + Heian Nidan + Heian Sandan

KUMITE

2 bunkai (explanation of kata movements) based on Heian Shodan, Heian Nidan or Heian Sandan.
